The chip has a problem, the problem is that it powers off after it has played the sound it recorded, resulting in a nasty click in the sound. Tom Verbruggen told me a nice trick he uses to get rid of this click is to use a vactrol to make the volume go down when the rest LED turns on from the ISD1820, this seems to work so I implemented it in this module.
